Cancellation Policy

In compliance with consumer law any such cancellation fees will be reflective of the losses incurred by the business where we are then unable to re-sell your appointment.

We will make every effort to minimise our losses by re-marketing the appointment to anyone on our waitlist.

On the assumption we cannot sell the appointment and recoup our losses, our cancellation fee works on a sliding scale as follows;

* 48 hours or more notice – No charge
* 24 hours notice – 50% charge
* Under 24 hours – 100% charge

By proceeding, you are confirming that you have read, understood and accepted these terms. If you have pre paid for a block booking, any missed or cancelled appointments will be treated as above.
Please note block bookings (courses) are non refundable after payment has been made.

Here at The Beauty Editor, we value your appointment, we are a very busy clinic and have clients waiting for appointments so we ask that you kindly adhere to our cancellation policy as it becomes difficult to fill appointments at short notice.

All returning clients who fail to attend an appointment will have to pre pay in full for their next appointment. We completely understand that things can happen at the last minute and can assure you that we will be sympathetic.

Non Refundable Booking Fee/ Deposit

When you book an appointment online we may ask for a 50% booking deposit. This deposit will be used as part payment towards your service and is fully refundable should you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment.

Booking Fees will not be refunded if you do not visit us to have a patch test performed in good time.
